SHE TOLD US THAT OUR ISSUE WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED OFFICIALS AND WE SHOULD EXPECT TO GET A CALL BACK OR EMAIL WITHIN 2 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
